Supply Chain Commercial Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction and value improvement through strategic supplier management and market insights.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies and category management plans to maximize contract interlinkages.
• Manage the full source-to-contract process, including pre-award activities and post-award contract performance.
• Assess market risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain continuity and business resilience.
• Collaborate with Contract Holders and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Optimize buying channels and demand management to ensure cost-effective procurement and operational alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing strategy development and commercial negotiations.
• Strong expertise in contract management and overseeing contract implementation.
• Demonstrated ability in front-line negotiation and commercial delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills to influence at all levels.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on risk management and performance oversight.
• A learner mindset with the agility to adapt to changing business needs and change management processes.
