Supply Chain Commercial Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive cost reduction and value improvement through strategic supplier management and market insights.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to achieve commercial objectives during the pre-award phase.
• Manage the source-to-contract process, overseeing contract implementation and post-award performance.
• Collaborate with Contract Holders and stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Assess market risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure supply chain continuity and business resilience.
• Optimize buying channels and demand management to ensure cost-effective procurement and operational alignment.
• Monitor supplier performance and foster a culture of accountability to deliver total business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sourcing strategy development and commercial negotiations.
• Strong expertise in contract management and overseeing the source-to-contract process.
• Demonstrated business acumen with a track record of delivering integrated value creation.
• Extensive front-line negotiation experience as a supply chain or commercial professional.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage performance and risk, including implementing controls and recovery measures.
• A learner mindset with the agility to adapt to changing business needs and lead change management.
