Supply Chain Co-op

Responsibilities

• Support reporting activities, data validation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Integrate and maintain vendor risk management data within ERP and procurement systems
• Assist with supplier onboarding, documentation reviews, and risk assessment tracking
• Maintain supplier records, certifications, and compliance information
• Support the creation and maintenance of the preferred vendor catalogue
• Assist in developing supply chain training materials and process documentation
• Support contract reviews, pricing validations, and supplier communications

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with experience working with large datasets
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in supplier management, procurement technology, and ERP systems
• Experience with procurement or business intelligence tools
