Supply Chain Business Operations Manager, AI Strategy

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end mandate for AI-enabled supply chain products, from identification to production rollout
• Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agents, and decision-support tools
• Partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, Data, IT, and Manufacturing to translate pain points into product requirements
• Build data foundations, process maps, and feedback loops for reliable AI workflows
• Use SQL, Python, and AI/LLM platforms to prototype tools that synthesize ERP, MRP, and inventory data
• Lead change management, user training, and documentation for AI-enabled workflows
• Establish practical governance for AI use, balancing speed with accuracy and auditability

Requirements

• Experience driving operational improvement through data, automation, or AI tools in high-growth environments
• Fluency in SQL and Python or similar scripting tools
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs, copilots, or workflow automation platforms
• Experience with supply chain, ERP, MRP, or manufacturing data models
• Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear technical requirements and roadmaps
• Strong strategic judgment and cross-functional leadership skills
