Supply Chain Associate - Manager

About the Company

David creates tools to increase muscle and decrease fat. Our first product is a protein bar. David is a platform to develop high-protein, low-calorie, blood-sugar-friendly foods that are craveable. Led by CEO Peter Rahal, Former CEO of RXBAR, David is working to become the leading consumer food brand focused on high-protein foods in North America and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own execution across the co-manufacturing network
• Lead production planning, forecasting, and co-manufacturer performance
• Drive accountability across scrap, yield, scheduling, attainment, capacity, and throughput
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models to automate manufacturing workflows
• Identify and close gaps in systems, data flows, and operating processes
• Engage directly with co-manufacturers weekly to surface risks and drive alignment
• Manage production scheduling, consumption reporting, and capacity utilization

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment (e.g., investment banking, private equity, or early-stage startup)
• Advanced Excel proficiency with experience building structured models
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Strong judgment and high attention to detail
• Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to hold stakeholders accountable

• Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 per year (inclusive of bonus)
