Supply Chain Assistant

Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders to brand owners to replenish stock for four buffer warehouses in Asia
• Monitor and track shipment progress, communicating with brand owners to ensure on-time delivery
• Coordinate with 3PLs and forwarders to ensure smooth receipt of import cargoes and handle invoices
• Manage intra-region transfer shipments and arrange transportation for commercial goods and POSM
• Execute inventory transactions in the system and support monthly stock reconciliation processes
• Maintain supply chain master data and assist in preparing data dashboards and analysis reports
• Assist with warehouse management tasks including stocktaking and stock destruction

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, or administrative support
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Good communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, or Oracle
• Proven experience in data handling, reporting, or coordination work
