Supply Chain Assistant Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and optimization of cross-border and local fulfillment processes for industrial products
• Monitor supply chain KPIs and analyze operational data to identify performance issues
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient operations and optimize costs
• Conduct market and customer research to improve fulfillment services and customer experience
• Support digital and process improvement initiatives to increase supply chain efficiency

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, E-commerce, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3-6 months
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Students in their final semester, graduating in 2026
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or online retail
• German language skills
