Supply Chain Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Conduct a complete audit of the current S&OP process including organization, tools, and practices
• Evaluate process performance and identify gaps against best practices
• Identify development axes and propose concrete recommendations for S&OP improvement
• Co-construct an improvement roadmap and define performance indicators (KPIs)
• Lead and support the implementation of chosen evolutions through cross-functional workshops
• Interact with the global Beckers Group supply chain teams in English to align with global standards
• Contribute to other Supply Chain projects as needed by the department

Requirements

• Preparing a Bac+4 or Bac+5 degree specialized in Supply Chain
• Previous successful experience in an industrial environment
• Ability to manage projects involving cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in English for international interaction
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and solution-oriented mindset
• Seeking a 2-year apprenticeship (alternance)
