Supply Chain and Quality Specialist SCQS

Responsibilities

• Manage contract execution and drive supplier On Quality On Time (OQOT) performance.
• Assess supplier capabilities during tendering and selection phases.
• Lead new product introductions, Transfer of Work (ToW), and industrial changes to ensure qualification maturity.
• Identify supplier industrial risks and resolve complex quality events through robust recovery plans.
• Support Supply Chain Quality Managers (SCQM) with expertise in APQP, audits, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Ensure compliance with aeronautical standards and drive overall supplier industrial performance.

Requirements

• Strong background in Supply Chain, Quality, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in supplier quality management, procurement logistics, or industrial quality assurance.
• Deep knowledge of industrial quality frameworks including APQP, QMS, and Lean.
• Proficiency with digital tools such as SAP, AirSupply, and Skywise.
• Familiarity with EASA/POA regulations.
• Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a significant asset.
