Supply Chain and Quality Manager

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, monitor, and improve supplier supply chain and quality performance
• Manage supplier quality approvals and ensure continuous compliance with aerospace regulations
• Identify industrial risks related to suppliers and propose effective mitigation actions
• Initiate and lead supplier recovery plans and performance improvement projects
• Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain and quality aspects with operational teams

Requirements

• Significant professional experience in supply chain, procurement operations, engineering, or logistics
• Proven track record in leading performance improvement projects and supplier development
• Strong knowledge of aerospace regulations and supplier surveillance methods
• Solid understanding of airline operations and customer support activities
• Professional negotiation level in English
