Supply Chain and Distribution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Liaise with business units, factories, logistics partners, and customers to ensure seamless shipment arrangements and on-time delivery
• Manage optimal stock levels using accurate forecasting to maintain Just-in-Time balance
• Execute strategic planning and routing for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Utilize SAP/EDI for order fulfillment and analyze sales forecasts
• Act as the primary operational point of contact for logistics providers, distributors, and sales representatives
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement process improvements
• Prepare monthly sales reports and business reviews to track channel performance
• Ensure compliance with international regulations and customer audit requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years in Planning, Inventory, or Supply Chain (Automotive preferred)
• University degree in Logistics, Engineering, or Business
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with SAP/EDI
• Experience with hub planning and inventory coordination
• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
