Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Release sales orders to the warehouse for picking in alignment with shipping schedules and inventory availability
• Prioritize daily work for pickers to support customer commitments and on-time shipment performance
• Manage urgent customer requests, including "raving fans," hot list items, and expedites
• Coordinate shipment flow across customer service, production, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Monitor open orders and shipping queues to identify and resolve bottlenecks or inventory discrepancies
• Use ERP and WMS tools to manage order flow, track execution, and maintain data accuracy
• Analyze shipping and fulfillment data to recommend improvements for throughput and accuracy
• Prepare operational metrics and daily status reports for leadership visibility

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or logistics environments
• Experience using ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, and pivot tables)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, or business
• Experience with sales order release and outbound shipment coordination
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Kaizen
• Experience with KPI reporting and performance analysis in a fulfillment environment
