Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales offices regarding daily customer shipments and ensure timely order entries in the system
• Partner with Project Management and Sales on customer ramp-up plans for new product releases and end-of-life project depletion
• Monitor and maintain up-to-date delivery schedules and changes in customer demand
• Represent the factory in rescheduling discussions with PM and Sales, utilizing negotiation skills to manage capacity
• Collaborate with PM on monthly sales forecasts and projections
• Conduct customer visits with Sales or PM to understand specific requirements
• Manage stock levels to ensure correct product types are built and mitigate stock aging, slow-moving, and obsolescence issues
• Oversee customer returns and manage credit/debit issues to maintain clean factory stock status
• Ensure orders align with SAP bucket splits to mitigate demand exceeding capacity
• Generate monthly reports for internal reporting purposes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in Key Account Service or Customer Service (Fulfillment/Logistics) within the Electronics sector
• Strong data analysis and information processing skills
• Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult or demanding customers
• Ability to remain firm in character and perform effectively in high-stress environments
