Supply Chain Analyst/Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply, demand, capacity, and inventory system outputs from planning tools to identify data inconsistencies and logic breaks.
• Perform root-cause analysis on output issues by tracing input, logic, and output flows.
• Validate system inputs including BOMs, routings, yields, lead times, and capacities to improve planning accuracy.
• Support the correction of master data and planning parameters to reduce manual overrides.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Operations, Planning, and IT teams to resolve complex planning issues.
• Build and maintain standard reports and dashboards to highlight capacity shortfalls and inventory risks.
• Document recurring issues and support UAT or new logic rollouts in planning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience driving supply chain programs or projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to debug complex system outputs.
• Proficiency in supply chain planning concepts (Demand, Supply, Capacity, Inventory).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups); experience with VBA or Power Query is a plus.
• Working knowledge of ERP, APS, or other planning systems.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for presenting findings to leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the HDD (Hard Disk Drive) industry.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, or other Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
