Supply Chain Analyst I

Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and evaluate operational activity and key performance indicators across the supply chain
• Perform data mining and analysis to identify areas for targeted operational improvements
• Support supplier performance reviews and ad-hoc procurement analytics projects
• Maintain supplier open order reports and shipment schedules to ensure alignment with production requirements
• Triage open issues and supplier constraints, providing weekly status updates
• Work with suppliers to maintain lead time, capacity, and cost breakdown master data
• Support new product introduction (NPI) sourcing projects to ensure smooth launches
• Manage the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) process for assigned suppliers
• Monitor commodity market trends and economic indexes to enhance supply chain positioning

Requirements

• BS in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience analyzing and improving supply chain data and processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint, Excel, and Sigma
• Ability to synthesize complex quantitative findings into meaningful business recommendations
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to travel up to 10% and work extended hours as needed
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• PMP certification
