Supply Chain AI Enablement Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the adoption, scaling, and impact of AI and intelligent automation across the Global Supply Chain.
• Partner with Plan, Source, and Deliver leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and shape an actionable demand pipeline.
• Translate operational challenges into clear AI/automation use cases, solution concepts, and ROI projections.
• Manage the delivery of RPA, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions, including intake, scoping, and sprint planning.
• Design and deploy comprehensive training programs to accelerate AI literacy and upskill the Global Supply Chain organization.
• Lead change management efforts to ensure stakeholder engagement, user readiness, and sustained value realization.
• Track adoption metrics and report business impact to leadership to support a data-driven culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Global Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of Plan, Source, and Deliver business processes with experience in tools like SAP, Ariba, or Icertis.
• Deep understanding of applied AI and automation capabilities, including LLMs, workflow automation, and predictive models.
• Technical fluency in automation platforms such as RPA, UiPath, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft CoPilot Studio, or Anthropic.
• Proven experience managing global project portfolios, agile teams, and solution delivery lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience deploying AI/automation solutions in complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and risk frameworks.
• Exposure to MES, QMS, ERP, or other operations technologies.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certification.
