Supply Chain - Advanced Analytics Advisor

Responsibilities

• Support all stages of advanced analytics development, including exploratory data analysis and the creation of AI/ML-based decision support solutions.
• Develop optimized queries using SQL, Alteryx, or Python to extract complex datasets from ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Leverage analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, or Python to identify patterns and generate data-driven insights for global supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with Digital Product Managers, data engineers, and data scientists to build and test scalable AI products.
• Work closely with business users, such as demand planners and material management, to ensure models meet operational needs.
• Execute rollout plans for digital applications, including user training, onboarding, and tracking KPIs to monitor model performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in operations research, engineering, science, or supply chain discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a business/data analyst role supporting global supply chain operations.
• At least 1 year of experience using Python or R for statistical modeling and data transformation.
• At least 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight.
• At least 1 year of experience in supply chain functions including planning, logistics, or material management.
• Proficiency in SQL for data wrangling and querying.
• Familiarity with Agile software development frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to forecasting models, optimization, or supply chain design tools like Llamasoft.
• Experience with machine learning and AI solutions (including NLP and LLMs) applied to predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Experience contributing to the development of commercial-grade software applications for supply chain use cases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
