About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and develop specialized training courses based on role profiles and competency needs
- Administer LMS platforms and tools including SABA, Kardex, and Ancile to manage courses and reports
- Manage user registration for both internal and external personnel on training platforms
- Monitor training quality through surveys and identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate online, virtual, and in-person training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer
- Generate follow-up reports for Master Plan initiatives and training progress
- Analyze indicators and propose strategies to improve third-party operator retention
- Design communication plans for Safety and Supply Chain Academy topics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Proven experience in course development and instructional design
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and training administration
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency at a B2 level or higher
