Responsibilities

  • Own the Supply side of Preply Business end-to-end, ensuring tutor coverage, quality, and operating standards
  • Represent Supply in B2B planning with leadership, translating commercial priorities into supply requirements
  • Turn ambiguous B2B supply problems into clear workstreams and decisions across Product, CX, and Data
  • Lead cross-functional delivery from diagnosis to rollout to improve reliability and satisfaction
  • Build scalable policies and governance to protect quality and fairness for B2B clients and tutors
  • Design solutions to support operations teams with renewals and new opportunities
  • Own the tutor lifecycle for B2B learners, improving onboarding and success in corporate contexts
  • Define success metrics and monitoring for B2B supply health

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces, or high-growth tech
  • Strong program and project leadership skills
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through clarity and alignment
  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in Excel/Sheets
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to act autonomously
  • Experience designing scalable processes and guardrails

Preferred Qualifications

  • B2B commercial exposure (sales cycles, KAM, retention)
  • SQL and BI fluency (e.g., Looker)
  • Familiarity with marketplace supply dynamics such as liquidity and incentives
