Supply Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify and implement efficiency improvements
• Develop and execute projects aimed at enhancing overall supply chain operations
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with shippers and vendors, including the creation of a supplier reliability matrix
• Assess vendor operations to ensure strict compliance with quality standards
• Measure and report key supply chain performance metrics to management
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and IT departments to improve service delivery
• Take full ownership of OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance by identifying and closing gaps in supply planning
• Analyze current data to drive projects that reduce STO (Stock Transfer Orders)

Requirements

• BE or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management
• 6 to 8 years of experience in supply planning or inventory management
• Proven experience within the construction chemical industry
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI for data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Lean manufacturing or operational setup
