About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive profitable growth of HP’s supplies portfolio within assigned retail accounts through consultative selling and strategic planning.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to position value propositions effectively to retail partners.
  • Develop and own account strategies, identifying opportunities in assortment, placement, promotion, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to generate actionable insights and forecasts.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to manage pipelines and track sales activities.
  • Mentor junior sales team members by sharing best practices and category expertise.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 4–8 years of experience in sales, account management, or consultative selling.
  • Proven experience managing complex accounts and influencing key decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and generate strategic recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within retail, consumer products, or technology-driven environments.
  • Expertise in supplies and consumables sales.
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills.
