Supplies Inside Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell products, services, and supplies to an installed base through complex, integrated solutions
• Manage sales pipelines and forecasts in accordance with business processes
• Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to drive new market penetration
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with IT and business executives
• Partner with the sales team to develop and execute account strategies
• Train, coach, and lead other inbound and outbound Inside Sales Representatives
• Analyze client industry and competitive research to facilitate meaningful client dialogue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• 6-8 years of combined IT or selling experience, preferably within the IT industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Expert-level complex negotiation and selling skills
• Strong project management skills to coordinate complex sales support activities
• Deep industry acumen and ability to stay current with market trends
