About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive portfolio-level execution and strategic alignment across multiple Supplies programs and strategic deliverables.
- Shape and govern integrated division roadmaps, aligning priorities across product, engineering, operations, and business functions.
- Lead cross-program risk and dependency management, owning executive-level escalations and trade-off conversations.
- Partner across functions to prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs.
- Define overall vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Drive and track software releases, features, bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
- Allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams achieve objectives.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably in program/project management or a professional technology organization.
- Proven experience in Program or Project Management.
- Proficiency with Agile Methodologies and JIRA.
- Strong expertise in Risk Management and project planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience with Scrum, Kanban principles, and Sprint Planning.
- Knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes and Lean Manufacturing.
