About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive portfolio-level execution and strategic alignment across multiple Supplies programs and strategic deliverables.
  • Shape and govern integrated division roadmaps, aligning priorities across product, engineering, operations, and business functions.
  • Lead cross-program risk and dependency management, owning executive-level escalations and trade-off conversations.
  • Partner across functions to prioritize, plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs.
  • Define overall vision, strategy, and roadmaps in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
  • Drive and track software releases, features, bug fixes, testing, and documentation.
  • Allocate resources, including personnel and budgets, to ensure project teams achieve objectives.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of professional work experience, preferably in program/project management or a professional technology organization.
  • Proven experience in Program or Project Management.
  • Proficiency with Agile Methodologies and JIRA.
  • Strong expertise in Risk Management and project planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with Scrum, Kanban principles, and Sprint Planning.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement processes and Lean Manufacturing.
