About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyse warranty failures and determine supplier responsibility
- Ensure accurate and timely recovery of costs
- Interpret technical data across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement
- Manage supplier warranty claims
- Provide insights to drive product improvement and supplier performance
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret technical information and make evidence-based decisions
- Proficiency in working with data
- Experience in warranty, supplier quality, or a manufacturing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in automotive, bus, coach, or commercial vehicle manufacturing
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA or IATF 16949
- Experience with ERP or warranty management systems (Syspro, Syncron, or Qlik)
- Relevant technical qualification in engineering or manufacturing
