Supplier Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Catalog team to validate product descriptions and ensure mechanical supplier catalogs are structurally accurate
• Onboard new mechanical suppliers and maintain long-term relationships
• Act as a technical subject matter expert for the sales team during prospect conversations
• Determine integration methods (API, EDI, or OCR) and coordinate with supplier integration teams
• Provide training to suppliers on processing quotations and purchase orders
• Create and edit technical setup documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS, project management, or distribution
• Deep knowledge of mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or piping product lines
• Familiarity with API, EDI integrations, or software data configurations
• Proficiency in managing complex spreadsheet data and catalog hierarchies
