Supplier Risk Management & Sustainability Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities

• Deploy and improve Supplier Risk and Relationship Management (SR2M) and Sustainability processes within the APAC region, specifically focusing on China and Taiwan.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with new and existing third-party suppliers in collaboration with Risk Owners.
• Manage supplier relationships through segmentation, conducting regular business reviews to drive performance and value.
• Evaluate supplier performance by establishing KPIs and scoring methodologies to inform sourcing decisions.
• Manage ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risk assessment campaigns and promote inclusive purchasing practices.
• Maintain accurate procurement databases and oversee documentation to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Generate reports and dashboards regarding SR2M performance and share best practices within the Procurement community.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin (Native Mandarin preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in Procurement or similar relevant roles (e.g., customer relationship or technical expert roles).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple activities.
• High level of customer focus and firmness in upholding organizational processes.
