Supplier Risk Management - Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Supplier Owners (BSO) to assess and complete risk assessments on suppliers
• Advise BSOs on their specific roles and responsibilities regarding supplier risk
• Gather, review, and upload supplier risk documentation and contracts
• Update SRM team trackers and monitor pending action items
• Escalate critical issues to the Senior Supplier Risk Manager when required
• Support the SRM team lead with reporting tasks for risk committees and senior management
• Track contract renewal dates and request updates across different business units
• Assist in reviewing current SRM processes and advising on potential improvements
• Provide training and guidance to the business on applicable SRM activities

Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• 6+ years of experience in Supplier Risk Management
• In-depth knowledge of Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Procurement, and end-to-end third-party risk processes
• Strong data analysis skills and experience gathering information from broad stakeholder bases
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage workloads under tight deadlines
