Supplier Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assess supplier contract requests against firm risk policies and identify necessary due diligence.
• Maintain and update Critical Third-Party Risk Registers, including exit plans and performance assessments.
• Engage with risk domain teams such as financial crime, data privacy, and information security to mitigate identified risks.
• Support third-party governance projects, facilitate meetings, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist the Legal team in identifying supplier contracts that require updates or cancellation.
• Develop and maintain Supplier Management policies, procedures, and guidance documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a third-party risk management function within a global firm.
• Proven ability to build and influence strong stakeholder relationships across diverse business teams.
• Strong project management skills with experience reporting on the progress of key initiatives.
• Ability to work proactively and independently to deliver logical, fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Analytical approach to data management and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within a Financial Services organization.
• Working knowledge of key regulations impacting third-party relationships.
• Background in procurement or sourcing.
