Supplier Resilience & Controls Lead

Responsibilities

• Design, own, and enhance the global Supplier Resilience & Controls Framework across direct and indirect spend.
• Define global supplier tiering, risk segmentation, and resilience risk thresholds aligned with enterprise appetite.
• Build scalable approaches to n-tier visibility, risk mapping, and dependency analysis to identify hidden vulnerabilities.
• Incorporate ESG, human rights, forced labour, and sustainability risks into n-tier assessments.
• Operationalize resilience controls throughout the supplier lifecycle, including pre-contract due diligence and post-contract monitoring.
• Establish and lead supplier resilience governance forums and define escalation paths for high-risk suppliers.
• Deliver reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights on concentration risks and disruption trends to senior leadership.
• Partner with Category Management, Risk & Compliance, and Legal to embed resilience practices into global operating models.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in supplier, supply chain, or resilience risk management.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-wide risk or control frameworks in large, complex global organizations.
• Deep expertise in Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), supply chain mapping, and n-tier transparency.
• Strong knowledge of ESG, human rights, and forced labour regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within the Consumer Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Goods sectors.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with advanced procurement, risk, and data platforms.
