Supplier Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supplier crises and address performance issues to minimize supply chain disruption
• Develop and execute supplier recovery plans, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality
• Strengthen relationships and mediate conflicts between supplier and Embraer teams
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams and monitor supplier KPIs
• Initiate continuous improvement activities using Lean and P3E processes
• Audit supplier sub-tier management and visit sites to address production flow issues
• Oversee material movements, inventory sequences, and quality of delivery processes
• Provide regular written and verbal reports on findings and action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or engineering
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and structures (electric, electronic, mechanic, hydraulic, etc.)
• Experience working in a global or multinational organization

• Master's degree
