Supplier Rate Readiness Specialist

Responsibilities

• Apply best practices and standard work to support Operations Procurement Agents managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
• Analyze supply chain readiness data to identify production system risks
• Provide peer reviews of supplier readiness plans to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Reduce supplier performance risk for both current and future production rates
• Develop strategies to align supply base capabilities with program needs
• Partner with Business Operations and Enterprise Supply Chain Readiness to drive functional excellence in assessment and mitigation processes
• Define and improve standard work processes

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in supplier management
• 8+ years of experience within the supply chain or procurement field
• 5+ years of experience managing rate readiness plans in the Supply Chain Readiness System (SCRS)
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience supporting cross-functional teams
• 2+ years of experience within fabrication, manufacturing, quality, or industrial engineering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
