Supplier Quality Technician Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Manage non-conformity of parts, including financial aspects, and support suppliers in quality improvement.
• Analyze and alert on part non-conformity based on specifications during manufacturing or quality incidents.
• Secure plant production by engaging in sorting activities and piloting prevention plans with HSE referents.
• Treat causes of non-conformity for externally processed parts using quality tools such as 8D, Ishikawa diagrams, and QQOQCP.
• Evaluate the robustness and adequacy of supplier action plans in relation to manufacturing processes.
• Lead meetings and audits with suppliers both on-site and at supplier locations.

Requirements

• Currently preparing a Master's degree (BAC+5).
• Knowledge of quality methodologies including 8D, Ishikawa diagram, and QQOQCP.
• Fluent in both French and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, rigor, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
