Supplier Quality Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits at supplier sites to support and drive performance improvements
• Develop and manage a comprehensive audit plan in coordination with stakeholders
• Provide methodological support to suppliers regarding quality tools and processes
• Collaborate closely with the supplier inspection team to resolve complex issues
• Work with suppliers on root cause analysis and the implementation of corrective actions
• Analyze statistics and data to refine decision-making processes
• Participate in cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement
• Develop and adjust quality tools to meet user expectations

Requirements

• Engineering degree (HES/EPF) with a focus on Quality or Business Management
• At least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality Assurance
• Proven track record and experience as an auditor
• Mastery of quality methodologies including 8D, Ishikawa, AMDEC, QRQC, and MSP
• Strong analytical skills, rigor, and autonomy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently for several days at a time
