Supplier Quality Manager/Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct audits
• Manage product controls, complaints, and deviations
• Define quality requirements in quotes and contracts
• Perform risk analyses
• Develop suppliers and supplier relationships
• Investigate deviations and evaluate quality reports from suppliers
• Support suppliers in their process and improvement work

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Civilingenjör or Högskoleingenjör) or equivalent experience
• Practical experience in quality work within the manufacturing industry
• Swedish citizenship (required for security clearance)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Systematic and structured working method
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or EN9100
• Knowledge of 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, or FMEA
• Experience with APQP/PPAP
• Knowledge of IPC-610, IPC-620, or IPC-640
• Experience with FAI (First Article Inspection) according to EN9102
• Experience from the automotive industry
