Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the validation of all purchased components (BOM) for high-pressure storage system projects from development through series production
• Support project teams and operations during the transition from development to series production to ensure smooth information transfer to the factory
• Manage continuous quality of delivered components during series production, including handling claims, modifications, and supplier production process qualification
• Conduct selection audits for new suppliers prior to their integration into the supplier database
• Monitor the progress of PPAP with suppliers
• Report monthly supplier performance using key KPIs such as PPM, SNCR, 8D, and SMQR

Requirements

• Bac+5 degree (Master's level)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive supplier quality
• Expert knowledge of quality tools including APQP, PPAP, AMDEC (FMEA), and surveillance plans
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong team spirit and excellent communication abilities
