Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate supplier complaints, 8D feedback, and 8D effectiveness
• Ensure closure of actions and communicate lessons-learnt
• Train and support supplier complaint coordinators in use of SCMS system
• Extract and analyze suppliers' complaint reports to identify improvement opportunities
• Support SQ&D in selection, onboarding, and joint development programs for suppliers
• Support site activities related to RM including internal audits and SQC activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 3+ years in Quality or Supplier Management
• Experience in ISO 9001 and Statistical Quality Control (SQC)
• Experience in auditing, SCMS, supplier onboarding, and complaint resolution
• Proficiency in problem-solving tools such as 8D and root cause analysis
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• ERP/SAP user experience
• Willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• FMCG or Automotive experience
