Supplier Quality Engineer (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Improve the supplier complaint management process by following up on action plans and verifying 8D problem-solving documentation
• Digitalize workflows using the BlueKango tool and manage non-conformity reports for internal clients
• Manage non-conformity stock, including the analysis and sorting of racks and logistical management of removal requests
• Calculate non-quality costs related to internal rework
• Optimize the supplier product/process approval (PPAP) process by issuing official requests and managing initial samples
• Maintain regulatory archives for validated PPAP dossiers and supplier test evidence

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) diploma
• Strong interest in continuous improvement methodologies
• Rigorous, curious, and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with field operations and manufacturing processes
