Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality during the development phase, focusing on metal fabrication parts
• Manage non-conformities detected in series and commercial service
• Challenge and assist suppliers to identify occurrence and non-detection causes using 8D or QRQC
• Define and implement preventive and corrective actions to eradicate defects
• Implement delivery authorizations or quality walls at supplier sites during crises
• Establish control keys for critical and new products for reception control
• Supervise or perform quality control of incoming/outgoing products and in-process manufacturing

Requirements

• Engineering degree or Master's degree
• Confirmed experience in metal fabrication, welding, or bodywork
• Strong knowledge of industrial processes in these fields
• Ability to lead corrective actions (8D, QRQC, etc.)
• Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
• Mastery of the ISO 3834 standard
• Ability to travel frequently (60% of the time in Europe)
