Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality during the development phase, focusing on metal fabrication parts
- Manage non-conformities detected in series and commercial service
- Challenge and assist suppliers to identify root causes using 8D or QRQC methods
- Define and implement preventive and corrective actions to eradicate defects
- Implement delivery authorizations or quality walls at supplier sites during crises
- Establish control keys for critical and new products for reception control
- Supervise or perform quality control of incoming/outgoing products and in-process manufacturing
Requirements
- Engineering degree or Master's degree
- Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or bodywork
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes in these domains
- Ability to lead corrective actions (8D, QRQC, etc.)
- Proficiency in English (reading, speaking, writing)
- Mastery of the ISO 3834 standard
- Willingness to travel frequently (60% of the time in Europe)
