Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage quality of components and equipment delivered to the site
• Perform analyses during non-conformity occurrences and organize production security
• Formalize detected defects and manage claims follow-up
• Control receptions after corrective actions
• Validate applied product modifications through supplier reports and product tests
• Conduct performance audits for several suppliers in France and Europe
• Identify causes of non-performance and low value-added operations
• Define and lead action plans for improvement using Pareto logic
• Communicate on performance evolution

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience with industrial suppliers
• Fluent English (written and oral) for international supplier exchanges
• Strong analytical skills and diplomatic approach
• Ability to work in a production field environment
