Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage the Supplier Quality policy to improve performance levels.
• Support suppliers in completing component qualification files (PPAP, EI, FAI, etc.).
• Validate qualification dossiers and manage non-conformities originating from suppliers.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans.
• Conduct surveillance audits at supplier and subcontractor sites.
• Establish sourcing strategies in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• Lead the qualification process for new suppliers.
• Support continuous improvement projects within the company.

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist).
• Significant experience in a similar role within an industrial sector.
• Mastery of quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies (8D, AMDEC/FMEA, 5S, SPC, Ishikawa, PPAP).
• Proficiency in audit techniques and ISO 9001 standards.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage transversal projects.
• Ability to maintain constructive relationships with external partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards.
• Technical knowledge of electronics (specifically electronic boards).
