Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Secure the end customer by processing alerts, managing warranty feedback, and performing part sorting within the logistics warehouse.
• Manage supplier non-conformities by triggering reworks or sorting processes to ensure production line continuity.
• Oversee supplier management, including opening SRM cases, challenging technical responses, and driving action plans with defined deadlines.
• Handle quality-related financial aspects, including the management of supplier charge-backs and fixed fees.
• Maintain blocked stock integrity by ensuring consistency between physical inventory and WMS/SAP records.
• Monitor performance through internal KPIs and participate in quality rituals such as QRQC.
• Conduct internal ISO 9001 audits and remote supplier audits to close incident reports.
• Manage logistics for non-conformities, including organizing supplier returns and processing scrap requests.
• Perform risk assessments during recall campaigns to identify at-risk parts and deliveries.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Quality Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar Supplier Quality Assurance role.
• Proficiency in English and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and experience with WMS and SAP systems.
• Valid CACES 1, 3, 5, and 6 licenses and a valid driving authorization for warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with SRM databases and quality methodologies.
