Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support supplier evaluation and approval processes, including audits, self-assessments, and qualification activities
• Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CARs/SCARs) to ensure timely closure and effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve supplier-related quality issues and nonconforming materials
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and driving improvement actions
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) activities to ensure supplier readiness
• Support implementation and compliance with quality standards and procedures such as ISO and customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field)
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving methodologies
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop in supplier quality
• Intermediate-Advance English level (written and verbal)
