Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Guarantee quality compliance of products delivered by suppliers throughout the program lifecycle
• Define, deploy, and monitor supplier quality plans (PQP / QCP) in line with client requirements and aeronautical standards
• Participate in supplier qualification and monitoring through audits, evaluations, and performance tracking
• Analyze supplier non-conformities and lead corrective and preventive action plans (8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, QRQC)
• Provide technical and quality support to suppliers during development, industrialization, and series production phases
• Ensure documentary compliance and traceability of quality deliverables (FAI, DVI, certificates of conformity, test reports)
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes in the supply chain and procurement robustness
• Support the implementation and maintenance of quality certifications (EN 9100, ISO 9001, NADCAP)

Requirements

• Master's degree (Engineering school or equivalent) specializing in quality, mechanics, materials, or industrial engineering
• Approximately 3 years of experience in project, product, or supplier quality, ideally in aerospace, space, defense, or high-tech industries
• Proficiency in quality tools such as AMDEC, 8D, Pareto, monitoring plans, and audits
• Knowledge of industrial processes (machining, sheet metal, surface treatments, assembly, electronics, or composites)
• Familiarity with normative standards (EN 9100, ISO 9001, APQP/PPAP tools)
• Professional proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
