About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead supplier quality activities for designated product categories within projects
  • Define and deploy the part approval process and the SPQD cycle
  • Perform supplier risk assessments to ensure compliance before "Go Order"
  • Make "Go/No-Go" decisions for production stages and First Article Inspection (FAI) milestones
  • Monitor supplier deliverables via the Supplier Quality Portal (SQP)
  • Evaluate supplier maturity, including AMDEC (FMEA), control plans, and work instructions
  • Prepare inspection requirements for initial deliveries
  • Report regularly on project quality status and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (REX, APSYS)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or project management
  • Knowledge of supplier qualification standards such as ISO, ASME, and IRIS
  • Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Expertise in supplier quality development and execution processes
  • Knowledge of FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) materials, processes, and mechanical properties
  • Familiarity with surface finishing, adhesive bonding, and FRP mold validation
  • Proficiency with quality tools including AMDEC (FMEA), 8D, QRQC, and control plans
