Supplier Performance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of OEMs and MRO providers, holding accountability for quality, delivery, and cost performance
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT) and On-Time Delivery (OTD)
• Lead periodic performance review meetings and implement supplier improvement initiatives
• Manage repair processing, material routing, and Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure supply chain reliability
• Coordinate corrective action plans and supplier recovery plans for underperforming vendors
• Oversee warranty and claim processes for parts experiencing quality escapes
• Build and monitor delivery schedules and external repair forecasts in alignment with customer priorities
• Maintain status dashboards and provide regular performance reports to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in a Supply Chain, Procurement, or vendor management environment
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in the aerospace or aviation industry
• 3+ years of experience with MRO processes
• Experience using SAP (specifically SD, MM, or WM modules)
• APICS Certification (CSCP, CTSC, or CPIM)
