About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive supplier accountability and operational performance for the Rolling Stock and Components division in North America.
  • Maintain Supplier Scorecards in the North America region, aligned with domain strategies and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate supplier performance reviews in partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality departments.
  • Perform capacity and industrial assessments to ensure business continuity and monitor financial health.
  • Lead improvement initiatives to enhance procurement maturity and identify cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Participate in procurement quality clinics to ensure the capitalization of lessons learned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment (rail or similar industry preferred).
  • Technical understanding of rolling stock, components, and supplier manufacturing processes.
  • Knowledge of the DFQ cycle and ability to identify supplier improvement areas.
  • Solid experience in Lean, Quality, Methods, and Supply Chain activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel across North America for business.
