Supplier Performance Manager

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update supplier dashboards in alignment with domain panel strategies
• Coordinate supplier performance reviews in partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Quality departments
• Conduct industrial and capacity assessments to ensure business continuity and sustainability
• Perform on-site performance reviews to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
• Lead improvement actions to increase procurement process maturity according to APSYS standards
• Participate in procurement quality clinics to capitalize on lessons learned
• Provide clear and concise communication regarding supplier performance and action plans

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Engineering
• 2 to 5 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Technical understanding of rolling stock products and supplier manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of the DFQ cycle and ability to identify supplier improvement areas
• Solid experience in Lean, Quality, Methods, or Supply Chain activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel within North America
• Ability to work effectively in demanding, high-pressure environments
