About the role
Responsibilities
- Validate product compliance according to aeronautical standards
- Drive non-conformity analyses (8D, RCCA, 5 Why) and corrective action plans
- Monitor key indicators including OTD, OTQ, and industrial capacity
- Identify industrial risks such as delays, quality drifts, and bottlenecks
- Intervene in crisis situations involving critical delays or supply disruptions
- Perform industrial and supply chain maturity diagnostics
- Deploy continuous improvement plans using Lean methodologies
- Provide technical expertise during pre-sales phases and support business development
- Train and advise suppliers to strengthen their processes
Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, industrial supply chain, or aeronautical production
- Mastery of aeronautical standards (EN9100, PART 21/145 preferred)
- Proficiency in quality tools: 8D, AMDEC/FMEA, SPC, and causal analysis
- Experience in crisis management within high-constraint environments
- Ability to work in an international and multicultural context
