Supplier Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new suppliers, ensuring seamless integration into the SAP system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier master data within SAP to ensure data quality and consistency.
• Resolve supplier-related issues in SAP, including data discrepancies, process errors, and system errors.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to provide training and address inquiries.
• Optimize supplier-related processes within SAP and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
• Develop training materials and documentation to support user adoption of SAP systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Ariba and SAP modules relevant to supplier management.
• Specific expertise in Ariba and SAP Business Network.
• Experience in Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP) or procurement operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and propose data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in global procurement or within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of SRM processes and tools.
• Experience with other procurement platforms such as Coupa or DocuSign.
• Familiarity with SAP data structures, configuration, and workflows.
• Experience working in a global or regional matrix business environment.
